- In the event a product does not meet your expectations, please email email@example.com or call us at 405-601-4518 to request a refund. All returns must have prior authorization from Harmony Nutraceuticals, LLC.
- Your product must be returned in the original and unused condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- All retail orders are eligible for return credit within 30 days and wholesale orders within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the original price.
- Please note, the customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. We are not responsible for any shipping charges.

Shipping information for U.S. Orders
- All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
- Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoons and over the weekend will be the first priority on the following Monday morning (except holidays).
- We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS or UPS .
- The expected delivery time for most packages is 1–5 business days.
- The U.S Postal Service is used when shipping to P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands.
- Shipping charges for these addresses are calculated by the package weight and will differ from the above shipping table.
- The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping, and have a chance to decide further.

Shipping Limitations: When you place an order for any product(s) using the Web Site, we will ship the product(s) to the address designated by you. Risk of loss and title for the product(s) pass to you upon delivery of the product(s) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
- Orders shipped outside the Continental U.S. will be shipped by the U.S Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail. These shipping methods may take up to 14 business days or more to reach your country and clear customs. From there, your postal service will deliver the package.
- Please contact your local customs office or tax authority before you place your order for any customs laws for importing dietary supplements, cosmetics or food items. Harmony Nutraceuticals will not be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or any additional fees assessed by your local customs office.
- For customs returns or credits, if we are able to restock the item(s), you will be refunded for the product order only, shipping will not be refunded. If you wish to reorder the item(s) shipped back to you after it was returned, you will be charged for the shipping fees.

Expedited shipping, within the contiguous 48 states—Next-Business-Day, 2- or 3-Business-Day—is available through FedEx. Saturday is not included as a business day. Requests for expedited service are processed the same business day provided the order is received before 1:00 p.m. PST. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed the next business day. The rates on these expedited services are calculated by the weight and destination of the order and standard shipping rates do not apply.
Example: 2-Business-Day is selected, and the order is placed on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. PST, it will ship later that day and will arrive the following Monday. If a 3-Business-Day order is placed at 3:30 p.m. PST on Tuesday, the order will ship on Wednesday and arrive the following Monday.
Majority of the orders once received by woocommerce are shipped out of ShipStation which automatically generates a tracking number after the shipping label is created .This tracking number confirmation will be sent by Ship station to Customers. However, if the order is placed by call in or through email, the tracking number will be sent by email to the customer by email@example.com
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling paid on the order.
